Cooking surface is 20" x 36" of 1/4" thick steel.
High capacity cooking achieved with 3 individually controlled 30,000 Btu burners.
Comes with a folding stand.
Uses a 30 lb or 40 lb propane bottle (can rent separately).
30# Propane bottle will last 7 hours if running griddle at 100%
40# Propane bottle will last 9 1/2 hours if running griddle at 100%
Includes 2 drip pans.
Can use your half pans in griddle holding area or rent from us. Will hold up to 4 half pans.
This is designed to be used as a griddle - NOT a stove to heat other pots & pans.
The griddle should be turned up hot enough to only cook the foods intended.
