***** Canopies are available for rental from April 15th - September 30th *****
New style canopy requires an area of approximately 25 ft x 25 ft to set up.
Canopy comes with 8 side poles (7 ft tall) & 1 center pole (10' 6" tall).
If using for seating only, figure 8 square feet per chair - about 20 - 30 chairs for a 15 x 15 depending on aisle(s) size.
If using with tables & chairs, figure 4 - 48" rd tables that can seat up to 6 people each (up to 24 people) or 4-6 of the 6 ft tables that can seat 6-8 people each (36-48 people).
PLEASE NOTE: Canopies are NOT tents, and are designed to be festive and add atmosphere to your event. Please be aware that sustained winds exceeding 20 - 25 mph can compromise the structural integrity of your canopy and will require you to monitor it for safety!
*** Do to the seasonal nature of canopies, we will rent them from April 15th - October 1st. ***
