Cooking surface is 20" x 52" of 1/4" thick steel.
High capacity cooking achieved with 3 individually controlled low pressure 42,000 Btu burners.
We recommend using a 40 lb propane bottle (can rent separately) but you could use a 30 lb bottle if necessay.
40# Propane bottle will last 6 1/2 hours if running griddle at 100%
30# Propane bottle will last 5 hours if running griddle at 100%
Includes 2 drip pans.
Can use your half pans in griddle holding area or rent from us. Will hold up to 5 half pans.
This is designed to be used as a griddle - NOT a stove to heat other pots & pans.
The griddle should be turned up hot enough to only cook the foods intended.
